Support for local providers - for those managing their own service, we are there to train and support your people or to identify suitable local service providers we can work with.
Managed service contracts - depending on your location we can contract with you to manage all of your service requirements.
Oversight - we offer audits and inspections to ensure that the equipment you buy is properly maintained and operated.
We design for simplicity, robustness and ease of service. This means minimal training and that you can be sure of finding local technicians with the required skills no matter where you are in the world. Our OEM component suppliers must be able to service their components within three working days anywhere. We’ve been in business since 1979 and our first machine was only recently taken out of service after working continuously for 32 years.
